I just made it. Kevin is mistaken about the fried rice element. The rice soaks up the chicken and ketchup sauce; it’s closer to a Mexican-style rice with a tomato sauce. I used calrose rice.

LaunchBox is a nice idea for a frontend and manager, but you need to consider the massive amount of data you need for music files, video files if you install trailers, setting everything up...it is not even close to an out-of-the-box solution.
