We need this in America with AWD.

That's my guess. All manufacturers have been talking about their DCTs shifting in milliseconds.
Minivans + kids + cartoons = profit. I get it, GM.
With the P1, why was the decision made to have a conventional seating arrangement instead of a driver in the middle setup like in the F1?
Hey, Ken, thanks for doing this! I have a quick and (hopefully) easy question for you; what is your favorite car of all time?
I'm reading the Wikipedia on soccer deaths. Nearly all of them are cardiac arrest, heart attack, or some other sort of heart issue. Deaths aren't a good statistic to go by, either. How many soccer players do you see playing with torn cartilage in their ribs, a collapsed lung, and a separated shoulder AT THE SAME…
That was unreal.
I'm very willing to bet that the quality/durability of the 918 is going to far surpass that of the LaFerrari and P1. Porsche has had prototypes out for quite some time now and the resulting data, especially from extreme conditions (like Arizona in July), is going to give them an advantage. However, I suppose most of…
Yes, and, in my opinion, it's way too close to their yellow calipers on their PCCBs.
If you're going to be spending $900,000+ on a car, you can afford that extra bit. I'm with you, give me 2 seconds on The Green Hell for almost the cost of a GTR!

But what if the electronics on the plane had failed him and he didn't have a choice? They're supposed to be trained to handle that sort of thing.
Came here to post this. Seriously, 8 victories from one car ('81-'87 and '94)? That's amazingly insane. I hope they reach the top of the podium again next year.
But trying to make something illegal (or filing a lawsuit) instead of trying to compete is the American way.
I remember that well, as well as the "shit just got real" looks on the faces of every other team.

When he was on Letterman, he just seemed like a normal 25 year old guy. Nice, polite, and friendly. I just wish Letterman would've let him talk without interrupting him every five seconds.
Yeah, YouTube's feed was kind of bad for awhile.
This guy definitely had it coming. Instead of trying to talk to the cop and explain to them that the valet had his keys and was legally parked, he just tried to drive off, which resulted in him running over the cop's foot. The cop did a good job restraining himself, in my opinion; that had to hurt.
