Agreed. my entire menstrual history was literally a bloody pain. I even got pernicious anaemia. Then I had a mirena iud and got my life back. I even sailed through the menopause, not one hot flush!

I’ve read royal witches, and just finished the gift of weaving by Carol lovekin, which is a novel about grief, friendship and witchcraft. It was excellent. Now revisiting the mabinogion and I have Celtic goddesses by Miranda green after that. It’s quite good, as it deals with archaeological finds of goddess figures.
