The whole thing felt stiff and awkward. There was no natural chemistry. Too much attempt at an exact copy old of TG. Their dedicated circuit looks too long for that slow Civic. I really wanted to like it.

Its not specifically the lack of power. It’s the thrashy no-fun nature of the engine. Polar opposite of, say, a Miata. It’s a no go for me.

I’m glad that Velocity is saving money on the new version that will soon be cancelled.

The trick isn’t the collection, it’s where to put them. I’m fortunate to have a three car garage and some extra space. My mini collection is: Wife’s daily driver: BMW e39 5-series. Found a low mile one. The e39 is the best 5. Hardware store runs: ‘92 F-150 XLT that’s been in the family since new. Because we live in

The place is great. I’ve gotten parts from them. It’s the only way to survive when you have an “exotic” car but not “exotic” income!

I bought an Audi 4000S Quattro new in 1984. It was the most trouble prone, unreliable car I’ve ever owned. BUT when it ran, it was amazing, especially in the snow or rain. Newer AWDs can’t match it.

I knew it! They’ve hired Bernie Ecclestone to f*ck up NASCAR (more).

Wahooo!!! This makes up for the Trump election (almost...actually, no).

No fans in the stands. What's going on?

Why are the stands almost completely empty? Will this track even be open next year?

So it's not butt ugly anymore. Never should have been in the first place. It still weighs almost a thousand pounds more than my Quattroporte.

OK, I'm probably the only person alive who bought TWO new Chevy Vega's. The second one after the first blew up and I should have known better. I'm so ashamed....

Depreciation is a wonderful thing if you stay on the correct side of it. 996 Carreras are at the bottom of the curve and are great buys. I just bought a Maserati Quattroporte with under 40K for Camry money. Embrace depreciation. Buy smart. Enjoy 80% of the new car for 20% of the money!

I was there. They made the right call. Truth is a GT car was leading for a good portion of the day. They fell back to second or third when the rain would lighten up a bit but as soon as it rained a bit harder they would retake the lead. A GT car would have won at full length as well.

Tesla Model S. Changes the world.

Yeah, this is sort of the opposite of Mazda's "Skyactive" which is also nothing unique except everyone says, "What the f*** does that mean?"

Not a history major, eh? 911S vs 911T and E, or back further 356SC vs 356. Or more recent, why is the Boxster slower than the 911 range? Porsche has always been pay for performance. That, and stupidly expensive options, has always been their thing.
