as harsh as it is, I think people can be prosecuted for threats and harassment and stalking. I don’t think they should be prosecuted for killing someone for words. Even if it is a darling white boy and a mean white girl. Even if everyone hates a mean girl from high school.

How many men have done the same thing to women and the women were told “until he actually does something other than words, we can’t prosecute.”

But I can’t help noticing that the “landmark” case for social media and texting jeering is a young woman.
