It's things like this that make me absolutely positive if (when) Gay Marriage becomes legal, states will turn around and get rid of marriage benefits *entirely* just so gay people can't get them too.
Agreed. I felt like a similar opportunity was missed in Advanced Warfare. Kevin Spacey was right about America in that game and raised some very valid points about our foriegn policy...and then rather than address those ideas, the game turned him into a maniacl bio-terrorist and let us turn our brains off. "There…
"Press X to reform our criminal justice system!"
Eehhhhhh, so the first thing a cop does is draw his gun? That's...that's a cop who dreams of the day he encounters someone with a little lip to just *give* him a reason.
Exactly what I was thinking.
This is why I don't have my systems connected to the Internet unless I go in and manually connect, which in only usually do to buy DLC.
I have it on the PS4 and the pop-up/in is *rediculious*. Clothes, textures, whole people just popping into existence in front of me. It's like a graphical strobe light and it's almost unplayable...
Because then it would be called "Kyoukan's Creed" Instead it was called "Assassin's Creed" and the original installment was set in the middle east where the Hashshashins, an Islamic sect known for murdering enemies as a religous duty, originated from.
Yes. Its an actual ethical concern. You'd think Gamergate would be all over that, but they don't actualy care about what they claim to cae about.
What WOULD happen is publishers would most likely punish them by refusing access to pre release things, deny interviews and generally manipulate their ability to provide accurate coverage.
Except a home birth isn't necessarily dangerous by itself, (even unassisted, as you clarify above) just simply varying degrees of safety. If there was one definitely, absolutely safe method of birth, then everyone should be required to undergo that method, since anything less would be increasing the risk and dangers…
Nope. You can totally have your opinion and clutch your pearls into dust all you want, but that opinion of yours doesn't pass your lips. Their baby, their home birth, their choice, you can sputter your indignation as you move along, BUH-BYE.
This isn't like refusal of immunizations (an actual public threat) this is…
Any time something like that happens, I always make sure to remind the person how I was totally right and they were not. Especially for something like that.
I'm waiting on Rogue because you just *KNOW* they're going to re-release it for current gen consoles at some point soon, maybe a year or so. Even if it's longer than that, I can still wait. I'm in no hurry, I've got Unity to tide me over.
If I were the husband of a woman in Carder's position where the hospital was violating the rights of my wife's autonomy over her own body and giving non-consensual surgery...I honestly think it would come to blows or I'd draw a weapon. I have no idea how I could possibly react rationally to something like this....…
Yannick, would it be too much to ask if the next time a huge event is going down, like Blizzcon here or GDC, PAX, E3, etc etc, if you could get the correspondents Kotaku sends to photograph themselves hugging Designers and developers? Like seriously I know it would just be pouring fuel on an impotent and dwindling…
I will never get tired of this meme. :)
