I actually just bought a bluetooth OBD2 reader for 10 dollars on E-bay. It connects via bluetooth to your iPhone or android smartphone where there are OBD apps you can get, some for free some for cheap. Now I can read codes and monitor engine functions and I just have the free version. Total cost: About 10 dollars.

I didn't say they are mutually exclusive, although I do think more often than not one (work, family, life) makes the other (authenticity) very difficult. I suppose it depends how much you want to read into "authenticity".

It's not just that they fail to mention the marketing that goes into their image, they fail to acknowledge that it's their VAST wealth that allows them to have this authenticity. They use gifs for more than just NFL stuff, but I get how that could be a reason. Either way its a shame. I find myself coming here less and less just because all the stuttering gifs are ugly and a pain.

I'm just curious... do realize how unpleasant the barrage of gifs is? Every time I come here there are 6 that all want to load at once so, despite my not bad bandwidth, none of them loads well and so none of them plays smoothly. So then I've got a bunch of jerky stuttering gifs of things I don't really care about…
