I told you how you can get a stim used quickly in combat. Ignoring that is a YOU issue. I've had no issues getting a stim in combat with the upgrade.

Theres an accessibility option that will show you the proper force power buttons to use for anything like that. If it doesn’t show the combination, then you don’t have the required force power.
