ah, but you’re supposing who my candidate was
I got one of these things. ‘fumoto oil drain valve’. It’s a small lever operated check valve that replaces the normal oil pan drain bolt. No more trying to get leverage with a ratchet under your car. Just have to lift the car up enough to reach the lever and let the oil drain into a pan. Makes an oil change a 20…
ah, the atomic bomb of acne treatments. I only ever had moderate acne but my parents and I looked into it. When the doctor mentioned that part of the monitoring process would be to look for bone spurs growing off the spine (probably one of the less common but potential side effects of changing your blood chemistry via…
This is just another flavor of ‘Look at this snowball I brought inside, how can global warming be real if I have this cold snow in my hand.’
You’ve articulated what I feel well. The Stalenhag paintings have a sort of melancholy or otherworldliness to them, not outright menace or action (with a couple exceptions.) The analog in the game world would be much closer to an adventure game or perhaps something like Life is Strange

semi-related I do wish people would stop going to war over their decision with one another. There seems to be a desperate need for validation that manifests in a lot of self aggrandizing.
Now I’m curious... is ‘putting your hands on your head when a bad thing happens’ a natural response or a learned response?
It would be, and is, easy to understand that in the United States, you get no support if you are the Out Group. Victims of gun violence are automatically made into the Out Group.
That someone is in an awful jail cell for years for having weed on them and Alex Jones is free is proof there is no Creator guiding shit in this world
Watching another gun tragedy happen in another place in the world and then seeing that place’s government act immediately to stop further tragedies when your own government will do nothing must be devastating. I highly suspect it has been a trigger point for these acts by the survivors here.
Clearly it’s not isolated. These are post trauma deaths. No one can really deny that (conspiracy truthers are in another universe and don’t offer some compelling alternate explanation or argument against it being related)
I feel like companies can do better with messaging when it comes to this. Yes, they can’t get too far into detail or how the sausage is made because of many reasons, but they can at least offer up something to shut down ideas like ‘we just want more money’ which is (usually) not the case for the price increase.
true, so I don’t recommend operating something in the megawatt range.
“There are three more channels in other countries but US routers don’t get them. “
And then bust your router firmware open to use one of the illegal edge channels to get perfect signal :]
802.11ax is exciting because it may fix this overlap problem. Will take a while to be implemented though.
Actually I do recognize your posts, often over at Kotaku but on several gmg sites. I’d like to compliment you, your writing is at length and well reasoned which is rare on kinja.
“Still, you can’t expect me not to point out a hilarious flaw I noticed in my friend’s 2015 Chrysler 200, his very first new car”
