When life gives you Don Lemons.

Stop acting like this is the first time.  It’s not New Year without a drunk Don Lemon.

So, bit of free advice. If you have an outstanding court case accusing you of getting drunk and out of hand at a bar, maybe DON’T get drunk on-air and start ranting smh.

I think this behavior is gross and irresponsible. Unprofessional as well. If I got drunk and went off on people, I’d lose my job. Don Lemon and Andy Cohen don’t have to worry about that.

I especially appreciate that unlike certain other comedy stars of her era I could name, she never once did any complaining about how people had become too “woke” for what comedy is supposed to be. And in fact The Golden Girls was amazingly progressive about LGBT issues.

Three weeks away from a very vibrant 100. What a life, and I suspect White would have cracked a smile with the obit of her adopted hometown newspaper, the L.A. Times.

All of the major cast members are now gone. A few recurring actors like John Amos are still with us.

This. She had a good run, and an easy exit. It’s how I’d like to go.

99 years old and universally loved. That’s pretty amazing.

Betty White was an icon. She was amazing. She will be a legend. I woke up from a nap and the first headline I read online was RIP Betty White. I first thought it was a joke, but then I found a second one and I cried. I don’t cry at celebrity deaths often (Leonard Nimoy was the last one I cried for), but I will miss…

As sad as this is, I’m glad she never seemed to enter a period of prolonged and extreme decline like so many people her age do. She lived long and died quickly, and that’s basically the dream.

One last bit of salt in the wound, eh 2021?

Well, we’ll see how closely they stick to judicial precedent when it’s time to get rid of Roe v. Wade. All I’m saying is that I don’t trust them to sit the right way on a toilet seat. 

His problem (and the anti-vaxxer movement’s), is that two of the three he appointed are actually constitutional adherents; and also unlikely to undo established law if a previous ruling would apply today.

Problem is, he’s got 3 appointees on the Supreme Court, and even if they haven’t done his bidding each and every time, he’s still counting on this time to be it.

It didn’t help that he could use it while he was still president, if he would have at least tried to act like one others would be more open to extending the protections beyond the term... granted if he had tried to act like a president we probably wouldn’t have had any of this happen in the first place.
