The scene was originally shot as the conclusion of the International Version of the Pilot, which would have been released as a Made for TV Movie I guess?

You need to prove yourself worthy of it.

Twin Peaks: The Return began to revolve around Wally so gradually, I didn't even notice.

Are the bands playing 'canonical'?

How many jobs can a hotel and a very recently opened grow up really produce?

That is how you can spot a true Twin Peaks fan.

I'm not sure where you would include the Norwegian scene but I actually think that was one of my favourite Missing Pieces.

Well you do get a payoff on the whole "Cable bends steel" picture.

I think the theatrical cut is good enough on its own - there are only a handful of Missing Pieces scenes that I would even bother including - most of them are long and out of place.

It would have had less whiplash if it had been Cooper investigating Deer Meadow (as he does in the novel) but the actor was unwilling to return for that many scenes.

I think there are some articles online but he basically accused Lynch of being a pedophile rapist.

"Cool" kid.

I'm pretty sure this show is set in the dying days of the Obama administration.

As far as exploitation goes I think it is far less offensive than the gratuitous nudity.

Interesting - I think I was aware it was Lynch when I watched it - or at least had an inkling and so it came off as - whatever the opposite of fan service is?

The problem with complaining about that scene is that it was already an established character trait.

Danzig is an AV Club commentator?

You know, The Missing Pieces had many memorable scenes.

Yeah, it's just bashing.

Harry Potter deals very directly with the occult and the real world Western occult tradition.
