To be fair, Henry having to go back to public school could possibly be the least important thing to Elizabeth considering she just laid out three security guards.

Okay I thought it was my 14 year old monitor, couldn’t see anything.

Ease of filming I’d guess as so many movies and tv shows are filmed there and there is already an infrastructure there, etc,and New York is fairly welcoming to movies and tv shows.

When she plays caregiver to artist lady, they must blot out her eyebrows or something with foundation because you can’t see them, makes a big difference.

She entered behind him and then sat with her back turned, he didn’t see her face.

Yup, that’s great acting right there, that and Kerri’s vein popping whenever she’s playing a pissed-off mom.

Agreed, super wasteful too, considering Elizabeth and Philip both experienced starvation as children, they’ve come a long way in being able to toss it like that. Last season had us staring with Elizabeth at her pretty stereotypical American shoe collection.

I didn’t think of that, good point. Elizabeth’s downfallen expression really showed her exhaustion at another life she has to take.

I agree, I’ve seem all those movies except Wild.

Is that Nielsen ratings? I started watching the show on Prime as the seasons became available, so I’m not a conventional viewer, it will always be niche but I think it may have a bigger audience, at least in the long run!

This is how a lot of conservatives think though, they’re dismissive, etc about social issues. My coworkers make snide remarks like this to each other all the time.

I work with people like the character Roseanne, the level of class and race resentment is right-on. Diversity, etc is just eye-roll inducing to many people and they can’t/won’t think past their narrow view points.

What could she have really done, refused to hand it over? He wasn’t a cop of course. She could have refused I guess but her personality unfortunately is too agreeable. Thinking through it, she offered her student ID, she could have said she didn’t have any other form, etc. I feel bad for a lot of people they kill but

Yup, definitely not mexico city!

I forget sometimes that the threat or feeling of total annihilation was very real back them, especially if you’re immersed in it everyday and see this stuff behind the scenes.

This movie really walloped me emotionally, the bleakness of it at 13 or so when I saw it really hit home. It really had an effect on me, nice article!

I’m gonna do my math homework.

My coworker worked construction jobs for a decade before switching professions and by his stories it seems to be filled with sad men who want to make others miserable.

I’ve been stress eating chocolates all week and those Costco cookie tins..so I guess not that bad.

Me too, I’m reading less news but then I binge all the shit I missed anyway a few days later.
