Why? They ordered a product. That product was faulty. They did not want to deal with the ramifications of a faulty product. The manufacturer, for her own reasons, didn't want to stop work on product. They shouldn't be blamed for the manufacturer's decision.

Obviously most people don't want to work. I'd much rather work out, play outside, play video games, make fantastic food, read, and generally have fun instead of work, but that's not possible. So I work at a place with a gym, long lunch breaks, fun people, and live close by. I love my situation. Job included.
