if they opened up the market to allow more ‘grey’ imports that would take a lot out of the manufacturers margin, and shipping isn’t as expensive as you think, having looked into buying a grey import a few years ago, shipping form japan (for one vehicle mind you, not the fleets the car companies bring in) was a pretty

I’m not sure for the 911R but the lexus LFA sold out of all the RHD examples they made almost instantly, while several dealers with LHD had them sitting on their floors for years unable to find a buyer, I’m not sure how much dealer mark up played in that, but I don’t understand why car companies don’t just make cars

The LCT doesn’t fully explain the price of cars here, the infamous ‘Australia tax‘ still applies to cars as it does many other items. I only buy second hand cars but it is annoying to know that in many other first world countries for the price I payed for my current car (which was 11 years old at the time) I could

since 2002 an average of 100 people per year (its increasing) here earn more than $1 million and legally pay no income tax due to some pretty insane loopholes, that governments refuse to close for reasons I can’t quite fathom

those that don’t want to watch it don’t have to, you were warned what’s in it and that it’s disturbing.

by your definition at one stage or another the US has been almost every countries enemy

that one is actually impressive lol

damn ‘video removed by user’ anyone got a link to a working vid?

you’ve got to tell us what they are ? c’mon man.

Speaking of cool cars nobodies ever heard of, I quite like this:

‘a lot of them were complete shit in non-racing situations for more than 20-30 minutes at a time’

thanks, i would have thought the author would have included a link to this in the story.
