Well, being on the Switch makes whichever version of SFII that was released for it seem even more overpriced.

I think the lack of delays was helped by the fact that Nintendo has clearly been working on first year Switch titles for sometime now, likely due to having decided that there was no saving the WiiU sometime ago and thus turning it’s various internal teams loose to focus on the Switch.

I was watching the trailer and wondering where the robot was, but then realized that this isn’t SaGa Frontier 2. I’m actually kind of disappointed now, and not even for a very good reason.

Thank all that is holy in gaming that PUBG didn’t win Game of the Year. When you’re announcing your second map, no matter how big that map is, for your early access title... I don’t care how popular, you deserve no awards yet.

It is a shame, because it was an excellent title that deserves any and all recognition it gets, and probably any other year it’d have raked in awards by the barrel load.

It got outclassed by Zelda, and it really, really sucks because without Zelda, Horizon Zero Dawn would have swept up this year, maybe losing to Mario for GOTY. They were just too similar and Zelda did it better in almost every category. It should have won best Narrative at least, but it’s always in favor of tiny indie…
