Honestly they were going to be spending that much anyways regardless if they were tracking somebody or not. Now they just have a case # to tie those costs too.

The model was the only one in 200 miles, so I didn’t want to lose it. Or I’d have walked out earlier. Wife would have gotten pissed, though.
In ALL cars when going at high speed in a turn, you should try to stay on the throttle. This will keep the weight more on the rear tyres giving you more traction there so if you accidentally start running out of traction, the front will push slightly. If you lift off (thus slowing down) at the limit of traction, this…
I thought it was interesting that if you took the American Pharaoh “pack” and put it on the Secretariat screen, it would have been almost exactly the “pack” behind Secretariat. Minus Secretariat, they look like they could have been nearly the same race.
They have, on average. Look the footage again. American Pharaoh runs two seconds behind Secretariat. Slower, but not crazy slower. Certainly not slower than Secretariat’s competitors. But American Pharaoh’s competitors are faster too.
Excellent parody of a butthurt manbaby! Well done!
And turns into pizza. I should make her cook rice more often.
Rice cookers work very well for dishes which are using rice as a bed for something else (i.e. a curry, gumbo, etc.), but in dishes where I’m simply putting white rice on the side—chicken and turkey come to mind—the pot method reigns supreme for moist, fluffy rice. Years ago when we lived in San Diego, my wife was in the market for a Mazda 626. It was a car she always wanted but didn't want to buy new, so we went to a dealership on Miramar Road as they had a relatively newer used model she wanted.

I agree with you on Gandalf and similar characters. But then again, most of the powers wouldn't work on an concept level pass in reality. It's why suspension of reality exists. Alot of the comic super powers we are talking about when they put into comic form, the science wasn't what it was today. I like to call it the…
Depends on how efficient your body is using that energy as well. Your stomach processes food is another factor. If you have an hyper-efficient stomach, you may not end up eating as much as you would think.
The one super-power I would go for, would be 100% Health and super-healing. Not immortality, of course, but maybe slow down my aging process by 25%.
Is spanx-burning the new bra-burning?
The entitlement in telling another woman what to do with her eyebrows. I just — not to be obnoxious about it, but this is how women enact and enforce the patriarchy on one another.
You arrive at college. You have been ripped away from all of your support systems at home. Maybe you didn't have much of a support system at home. You are confused and lonely and wobbly and excited and don't even know where your feet are.
Fieldsheer Legend gloves. They offer serious protection and plenty of warmth too.

@Faustroll: Um, the VanAllen belts aren't a 'shield' in and of themselves, they're torus shaped zones in Earth's magnetosphere where electrically charged, energetic particles are trapped:
@Clutchman83: So do Texans.
