On the 4, that's the power button being loose. Different thing. It's minorly annoying, but it doesn't hurt functionality at all. My phone had that, and several people I know had it as well. It's just a factory of use over time. I haven't ever heard of this being 'fixed.' Though I didn't personally try to bring it in.

#5) Release timing. It's easy for a movie like this to seem like it's being dumped at the end of the summer. Audiences have summer blockbuster burnout, and are preoccupied with at ton of other things this time of year; start of school. end of baseball season, start of football, enjoying the fall weather, etc.
