Wallpaper is a pain the ass to remove. Painting over it is half-assing the project, frankly. 

I wonder if the house comes with all those NFTs or they literally just right clicked and printed random NFTS to make those wallpapers because that would be the ultimate irony.

But by that logic no copyright should exist at all since all works are inherently derivative. The line has to be drawn somewhere otherwise those with scale will always win.

No it isn’t what these systems do, they do not cut up and rearrange other pieces of art. It’s what people who want to rage against them try to convince you how they work because they’re incapable of objective reasoning.

Yeah, except it’s not creating unique stuff, because AI “art” is completely dependent on having pre-existing art in its database to copy from. It can’t make new ideas, it just reinterprets old ones (and the result is usually worse than the original.)

It’s pretty damn obvious tech companies are trying to make artistic/creative labor in general obsolete through the increasing popularity of AI tools(obviously pushed by them). AI tools may be flawed right now, but people are overlooking the true intent here.

If you know how AI art works, you’d know nothing it creates is unique.
