He’s saying the guy is a moron, as clearly you are, too. I’ve had this game in my backlog after getting it in a $10 digital sale a couple months ago but now I don’t want to play it, either, because I’m also not a fan of morons. I can only imagine how dumb the game must be if this guy was its creative mastermind.

this is a great story, but gamers are still toxic.

This isn’t skepticism, this is conspiracism. If you aren’t familiar with the game’s history, then yes, *thousands* of positive reviews pouring in the moment the game goes on Steam looks pretty hinky. But it turns out to have a pretty straightforward, public, and easily verifiable answer why it’s legitimate.

I hate the mentality of people who think that being skeptical makes them seem clever or smart. I’m all for skepticism, but as seen here, more recently, it’s been used to try to and “find the truth” behind the most inane, innocuous things
