I am.... surprised how much of this game is set in Mexico or has Mexican overtones. Correct overtones, too, not just pan-latin-spanish-guitars overtones.

999 was a nice, self-contained story that could have stopped where it ended. I actually wasn’t expecting a sequel!

“Nice that it got made” is a good way to describe Zero Time Dilemma. It’s not bad, but not as good as 999 and by far not as good as Virtue’s Last Reward which I agree, is mind-blowing as a game. The way it plays with different save-files and paths is fantastic, definitely my favourite.

Y’know, I had no problem with previous FFs naming. Maybe because I was younger, or because the names were slightly shorter and less pretentious sounding, but yeah.
