True, but Phoenix Wright has always been rather niche, I guess. Popular niche, but apparently always somewhat of a risk to Capcom. It seems kinda logical to avoid the extra costs of the physical copy - this way they only need to pay for the localization, so their revenue grows, I guess.

That all sounds strangely primitive, and possibly because Nintendo keeps software linked to hardware? It sucks even worse for me and people like me: I have an American 3DS but now live in Europe and am not loaded enough to get an European 3DS. I depend on digital games, but the digital system is shaky too...

Man, that's be a drag. A DRAG, I tell you. Unified account, Nintendo! Apple does it, Microsoft does it, Sony does it, it's not even the future, it's the present D:

But surely Phoenix Wright counts as a high quality top tier title by now? The series might have started small but it's got a pretty huge following by now. Wouldn't a $40 price point have been natural for it, if released in the traditional way?

Yeah, I remember inserting the 3DS SD card into the computer just to see what it looked like and there's no way to tell the files from each other. At least for me, anyway. It's either all or nothing.

Is there any way to back-up 3DS files? Can I take the SD card out, copy the contents as they are onto my PC, then copy them onto another SD and use that one on my 3DS?

Hahahah, yeah, Nara deer can be cuties. I also ran into two very nice females that kind of befriended me. By "befriended me" I mean they used me as a towel: it had been raining, I was dry, they were wet, I had food. They rubbed against me repeatedly until they were dry and I smelled of wet deer... then ate all the

Even the police are scared of them!!

I was attacked by a juvenile deer once in Nara - bit my bag, my clothes and then reared on its hind legs and made crazy noises. I suppose it was more or less the equivalent of a teen going "Out with the cookies, bitch! You want problems? Huh? HUH? Then out with the cookies!!"

It's always difficult when your parents argue during dinner. Can't blame a kid for relying on Pokémon TCG to forget about it :(

I'm really tempted to watch it, actually, I will probably do when I have the time. I supposed that was the idea - not so much romanticize but a light show at what it's actually like.

Oh man. I am not watching Silver Spoon. No no no. If I do I will run into a nearby farm and ask to be employed with no salary because I will romanticize farm life even if it's not presented as that in the anime. And there are far too many farms around me right now. This is an actual danger for me.

Finishing the Songbird took over 90 hours

Oh man, I know there's like a jillion Benedict Cumberbatch fanclubs already, but can we form a new one? The Kotaku Benedict Cumberbatch is Hot Even in Cheap Clothes or something?

Didn't know of the time constraint, fair enough!

Most of these look rather... amateurish to me. Sorry to be that person, and really not like I can draw much better.

Brilliant, that's much clearer!

Yeah, she seems to have gained a whole knuckle...

I can't see very clearly. Is her pinkie still missing?

As someone who has been to be deported from the country I'm legally residing, this game touches home. It's fantastic, very touching in its own way and very, very much worth it. I'm not assuming that playing this will give me any insight as to what the immigration officers that make me way half an hour every time I try
