The assistant DA. So, think of him as a person who is smart enough to know the game but naive enough to think he can take it down.

>Kind of odd that Timmy was so respectful/reverent of his boss one minute and just casually called him "asshole" the next?
Name-checked Whedon and yet no mention to the huge debt this movie owes to the Firefly series, certainly more than to Star Trek. The Star Wars notes are spot-on, however.
Everyone seems to be reading Eleanor 's relationship to the man in the cage as sympathetic but I read it as antagonistic. I feel that this is someone once powerful that violated her and that she could not touch him. She went to Fausto and made the same sort of deal that Marco has made: give me my vengeance and I am in…

Game time.
Make up an episode summary that is either more, less or just as WTF as what actually happened. Do it.
I appreciate these recaps, lol
I mentioned in last week's review, a graphic novel titled Girls that takes place in a dome. It's more of an alien invasion zombie tale used to explored gender dynamics, but it is much better than this show: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik…
To the reviewer's question about Charlotte's agency, maybe I'm misreading this, but I think she may decide to part ways with Ray.
Former Floridian here who treks back several times a year - yes, indeed.
When Ray hooked-up with his buddy, the two of them looked like a scene from a 7-11 parking lot anywhere in Florida.
If you read (or are willing to read) graphic novels, here is a better, more horror/sci-fi dome story. I don't think the work could be adapted as a mini-series without some modification but still: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik…
it's an endurance contest to see how much crap they can wade through for the cringe-nuggets of unintentional humor.
You're both spot on, but I want to point out that even before that King made no secret of his love for schlock. It's his not-at-all-guilty pleasure.
The last couple reviews have been that way. Seems the reviewer has either decided (or had it decided for her) to be more equivocal in tone if not in letter grade. I come for the comment section, that's where the strong hate flows.
She pigdicted it.
also fix this question:

I don't watch the show anymore, just come back for the review and comments. There is a psycho bible-beater? Like in The Mist?
While I agree with everyone that S3 is beating S1 & S2 so far, I feel there was no way to get to this immediately from the start of the series. It would have read as a rehashing of ATLA without the time spent establishing these characters and this world as very different from ATLA's.
I think your anger is misplaced. If you are aware of writers doing quality work that passes the test then I would think your time would be better spent promoting those and pressuring for their green-lighting as projects rather than holding a gun to the head of writers to meet your standard.
