I would play with permadeath if there was a rescue option. I play mostly for the story, as in support conversations between characters, and the Birthright battles are not so exciting that I’d want to play them several times.
I feel like if there were more tactical options or something it might be more viable (archers

I thought snipers always shoot their feet in XCOM 2?

I’ve played the Japanese version of Birthright, and I was kind of disappointed by the low tactical challenge.

This reminds me of everything awkward that happens when two white people try to shake hands like cool people.

So... all I really want to know is... who is Mr. Fahey’s background character?

I didn’t like how you had to do the dumb move to get the true last boss.

Dude, this is a straight-up vision of hell. I’d be scared as anything if I saw this in the game.
This old school low-budget cheese horror is scarier than a lot of fancy CGI stuff.

I would just say that it’s not “Japan’s” decision to do all the foolish decisions at Konami right now.
I’m sure there’s a lot of dedicated employees in the Japan office as well, who feel just the same as everyone else.

I don’t like how all those Chaos monsters beat up that poor old soldier.
They should be all locked up behind DLC.

Like Nadesico, I feel like parody mangas and animes are only good for 2 or 3 episodes.
After that you want them to either start taking their own story seriously, or give it up and close out gracefully.

It looks like in Overwatch you can have the same hero multiple times on one team?
I’m surprised it’s not all D.Va vs D.Va matches.

Sometimes I like the original more-evil Orcs lore better.
Warcraft I and II was a lot more scary when you were fighting shit-crazy orcs, orgres and necromancers than just a bunch of muddle-upped nature lovers.

I think they un-eviled the orcs a bit too much, they should have kept their origins a bit more ruthless, along

It’s not the boobs here, it’s the body line and facial change. I think she really looks crap in the remake, like a granny or something.

At even better, she’s a cute asian.

You’re right I started noticing the shift around when Gabe (the black haired guy) had a child.

I can’t get into PA after the art style change, it doesn’t feel like the edgy, funny gamer comic I read 10 years ago.

I enjoy anime and all that, so I’m not on about the violence bit, just the general grimness, if it’s always so grim I’m not sure I’d stick with the show.

As a kid who grew up loving the castle and forest men sets, I wouldn’t have minded these characters, variety isn’t always bad.

Is this show supposed to be for after-school kid?

It seems it would make sense to play a game based on whether or not you want to play it.
