I wouldn’t stress it. A lot of people don’t understand how the body works. Half these people don’t even know how to calculate their own calorie intake. Let alone anything nutrition driven.  I wouldn't worry about it. I'm a 5'7 183 lb man with 12% body fat. I lost 60lbs in 5 months. Put on 10lbs of muscle purposely.  I

The problem isn’t the 1200 calories. Calorie intake is based on a person’s height. Current weight. And activity level. Everyone’s BMR is different. It also takes into account fat%. Oddly enough. If she had more muscle she’d probably be able to eat more. (Pilates won’t add muscle. She needs weight training for that).

Its funny reading a website, a famous comedians daughter, a overweight (and admittedly unhealthy) journalist, a social media service, and a entertainment/socially conscious website talk about a issue they all have no knowledge about. And we wonder why the average age of our people is 68. Fat is not a phobia. It is a

Yes. If you call me a nigg3r I will assault you. If u call a gay person a f2g they will assault you.  Period.  Only unaccountable white people seem to not understand this.

I value your educated response. I’m sure your fellow coon clan is very proud.

Wow... this is where it’s coming to. A man slaps another man and its toxic masculinity. But I just heard some of these same commentators (me included) wishing Clarence Thomas dead upon finding out he left the hospital. Ive also seen some of these same female commentators describing how violent theyd get if they were

I hate this man with every fiber of my body. That's it. That's all I got.

I watched it a few times. It wasn't authentic.  And I'm not talking from a stereotypical standpoint.  I mean it didn't feel genuine.  The news. The host. None of it. The key to black success entertainment (news or otherwise) is authenticity.  The whole thing seemed faked.

OMG this comment was great!

Yeah she's been suspect for a long time.

Maybe. Just maybe. The issues aren’t just a black male problem and more of a black PEOPLE problem.  That's why you shouldn't be going stroking the degrading paint brush labeling a particular group with certain actions.  That's wp shit. But unfortunately we see and treat ourselves the same way they see and treat us.

People are trained to eat crap food. I loved chipotle cauliflower rice. It was better than the salad. Rice is just a base. It literally has no taste. But anything different we (especially Americans) find an excuse to complain about it. Rice is terrible for you. But people eat it and then complain about weight gain,

I think I've said this already (I believe it was on the Whoopi Goldberg article), but I hate the term people of color.  It gives agency to folks in certain conversations that they shouldn't have.  Asians aren't looking out for me (generally speaking), a lot of people of Jewish descent revel in their white privilege

Thats ok. We get. You dig racism towards black folks.

Why do you think

I was just about to write this exact same thing. Stop writing about this idiot.

Im a older millinenial, so tik tok seems like a waste of time to me. But your comment is on point. Nicki minaj is a joke on a platform that's been known for years of stealing our sh!t and profiting off of it. Why are we lining up the pockets of people who openly devalue us. They value our talent/culture but don't
