So a Sebring that will last forever? Now you’re getting into a paradox.

Never heard of road head?
Tesla specifically stated that these reservations are non-transferable. So how does this work?
Can we stop using the price of an individual share of a company’s stock as a reference for anything? It’s completely meaningless, and using it as a metric for comparison shows a tremendous amount of ignorance and makes any other point you try to establish extremely questionable.

The fuck are you on about?
Never really thought much about this car, but yeah, I’m seeing it. I want one for the first time ever thanks to this post.
Agreed, and more than that, the manual ones will certainly become future classics. The car looks great today, not aged as you mentioned. Back in 2003, it was bat-shit insane. It was light years ahead of the competition, night and day difference. Well just look at the Ferrari 360. Looks dated and did not age well IMHO…
If you crash into something and have to pay for damages, liability insurance is what covers it. As liability insurance is generally mandated by law, he should be fine unless he was driving uninsured (in which case he is so screwed).
You have no idea how insurance works do you?
I will. I have no idea what Iowa’s specific insurance laws are but if he has the normal liability insurance that most states cover he’s fine. Property damage clauses generally cover everything you damage within their amount no matter how stupid you were.
As long as he has Property Damage Liability insurance, it’s covered. If the company decided to deny the claim, it could be seen as an act of bad faith and could conceivably cost more than the claim itself. So cheaper to pay out. I’ve been an insurance agent for 30 years and have seen dumber shit covered.

I lived on a street in Philadelphia that had these. They tend to make a lot of noise (vehicle on track sounds mostly), but generally I would consider them an upgrade over the bus.

It’s not “fundamental to air travel”. God didn’t reach out from heaven and scribe down on a sacred stone tablet that “Thou shalt not tranfer seats!”
George Foreman wouldn’t have had a problem.
