I’ve been daily driving Miatas for over 20 years and have never been hit on by a gay man (or any women) while driving one. I must just be absolutely hideous!

I find it interesting that the biggest complaint is that the new Integra doesn’t look “special” enough compared to the rest of the Honda/Acura line. But if you look back at all the old versions of the Integra, they all feature generic Honda styling, going back to the first generation (which resembles a third

If the car is completely lacking plates it’s obviously an issue, but if a front plate is required but missing, they can just get the number off the back plate.

I figured that by “bells and whistles” they meant everything, and I imagine that the original wheel is needed to talk the the infotainment and HVAC systems that were transferred over from the donor car (IIRC that when they Hellcat swapped the General Mayhem it used the stock column and wheel, etc.). I imagine that

I can’t tell if the kids on boards are all going  to check on Captain Fucknuts over there, or to give him the endless, withering shit he deserves, and that only teenagers can dish out.

I feel like the answer is no - airbags alone generally mean that the wheel is going to look bulky, and it eliminates cool things like metal spokes. Plus with the steering wheel housing like fifty three function buttons there’s just no way - you can’t very well use toggle switches!

I wonder if they were coming off an overnight flight or something (do they even do that? I rarely fly and legitimately have no idea)

Needs a Mod Top.

I feel like a lot of early Japanese cars were sold in greater numbers on the West Coast than the rest of the States, so I’m not super surprised one ended up in Yakima. Whenever you hear about some odd sixties Japanese car turning up for sale (old Toyota sedans, weird Datsuns, etc.), it almost always was originally

Prepare to have your mind blown, but Yamaha built the engine in the OG Ford Taurus SHO as well.

The flipside of this is my dad insisting on leaving the fan on because otherwise the car will fill with poisonous gas. No idea where he got it from. It’s fine except in the middle of February and you get hit in the face with a gust of ice cold air.

IKR? I barely know how to fly an RC plane but I know not to do that.

The vintage style wheels on the Tracker are a nice touch. They’re probably worth more than a standard Tracker!

GAH! What a beautiful bike! I’ve long wanted to restore/restomod an old road bike frame but I have problems finding them in a size that I can actually ride (I’m fairly tall and usually find things that are built for people about six inches shorter than me). Just gotta keep looking I guess!

A full size American wagon can carry a surprising amount of stuff - easily as much as a typical modern suburban SUV. So if you had one you were set, but you probably had a neighbor who would loan you theirs. Much like pickup trucks today!

I know that Jalopnik did an article about this a few years ago, but I still feel like all of the car casting on Archer is spot on. Archer himself has a Dodge Challenger and an El Camino, both of which fit his character, and Lana has an Aston Martin which befits being a bit classier than Duchess. Cyril has the nerdiest

Mrs. Bueller has a Volvo wagon, if memory serves, also perfectly cast.

Ferris, of course, has a computer.

Both Kristen Wiig and Kate McKinnon tend to mug a bit. It’s odd when she gets a role where she is not doing a broad character or impression - she does those kinds of things just fine but it seems weird when she’s onscreen and not the center of attention doing something outrageous.

I don’t know if it’s NASCAR that’s hurting for sponsors, as it is a team that needs a cash infusion and something to drum up recognition. I don’t follow either series very closely, but I usually recognize some of the drivers, but I hadn’t heard of either the driver or team until a few minutes ago, solely because they

Ding! I used to use a GameShark to do the same thing (and get out of some of the license tests eventually), because I really just want to collect cars and drive around the tracks and watch replays. But, it’s the same with most racing games I’ve owned - I enjoy racing other cars (whether online or AI) but I like hot
