Petty Blue is the only color for a Plymouth of a certain age, in my opinion.

It looks practically unadorned, with such a lack of sponsorship logos compared to even a decade more recently.

Of course, having said all that, I remembered that I really liked the blue and yellow Sunoco livery that Penske used to good effect in the sixties and seventies. Shown here on a Trans-Am Camaro. I would actually paint my cars in this shade of blue with yellow striping, if I could afford to repaint my cars.

I don’t know that I have one favorite, but I’m a fan of the “wrong” liveries on racing cars. F’rinstance:

I voted NP not because I think it’ll be a good investment (it won’t, not for decades at least), but because if I had $3K to spare right now I’d buy it for a winter beater and something to use when I have to have more than one passenger the rest of the year.

Due to an odd beer purchasing scheme/ill advised Monday night hang, I’m currently housing about eight bottles of PBR and three of Schlitz in my basement fridge. So I guess I’ll have to try the mythical Schlabst, the Milwaukee Black And Tan.

I thought it said “Norsemen”. This scans with a radio announcement about the visiting “New York Valkyries”.

Like Harleys, it’s not the vehicle, it’s the owner.

Neutral: Everyone made fun of my car, that’s what.

Mahers resemblance to Hefner is kind of weird.

Renting a trailer is better still, in my experience. No need to worry about registering and storing the thing.

And no, I didn’t see your username till I posted that!

I dunno, man. I wouldn’t mind an 850 wagon if I could find one.

What appears to be a well-kept or restored Mustang II as well.

I think Rob hit on the reason behind this car - the owner wanted an old Vitesse ragtop, but couldn’t afford one, had this old Volvo sitting around, and decided to do things the hard way.

Hmmmmm....there’s a Karmann Ghia, a Monza, and a Mercury Capri. I’m down with this.

Like, right there with you.

I get those emailed to me as well - I imagine they got my address from indeed or something.

I noticed that t-shirt trend a long time ago. Every time I’m stuck in traffic with a guy on a Harley (in the summer at least), it seems like they’re wearing a t-shirt with a dealership name on it that’s from out of state. It’s kind of weird when I’m traveling and see one from the dealer nearest me.

The really funny thing is, I’ve only owned five cars in my life, and all of them have been two seat sports cars (four have been convertibles). So in that respect I’ve not changed since high school.
