There is (or was) a regular commenter on Nancy who constantly complained about the change in artwork (mostly because Aunt Fritzi no longer wore tight t-shirts), and all I could think was “Grampa, you found your way onto the Internet, can’t you find your way to some boobs, too?”

Right? Plus I think they’ve gotten sugarier. I used to get them occasionally ten or fifteen years ago (when I was a regular Starbucks customer) and had one a couple years back and got the jitters.

It’s close enough to the existing railroad siding that I wonder if there was a minor derailment, the transmissions were unloaded onto the ground, and just left there.

That interview....I thought Bob Mould was going to swear at Bryant Gumbel.

Yep. Thanks for the info, I just figured you could link to Flickr.

Oh, fun! Not only are every version of pictures not working, you can’t edit either. Neato!

That Celica is still out racing in historics.

It wasn’t popular in real life either, which was why Rouen was included instead.

So did BMW specifically pick a license plate that’s trying to say “biohazard” on it?

That’s always the argument, and I don’t really get it. Even when you try and explain the benefits of, say, Nissan or Honda having a factory here that employs hundreds of people (not to mention people at suppliers, shipping companies, etc.) and that they spend their paychecks here, it boils down to “the profits go back

Red Robin is pretty bad now (although I was there a couple of months ago, and they have these “tavern style” burgers that are thin patties, and it wasn’t bad. Plus I didn’t feel bloated after eating it like a normal one.

I’ve recently taken a shine to Culver’s, although I only ever get the mushroom and swiss burger

Cow in a Fitted Sheet. Impossible to make, surely.

Are there still Fuddrucker’s around? The two closest to me out in the Chicago burbs closed years ago (and one scheduled to open just up the street from work never actually did and became a Panda Express).

I mean, I literally haven’t eaten in one since about 1996.

I would binge watch this.

Old Style. I like it so much I bought a twelve pack of it, just so I could get a cap for my bottle cap map, to fill the hole for Chicago.

TIL they made five Jurassic Park movies. I thought there were like three, tops.

Or into your cologne.

Florida: America’s Semi

Have you read the books? They’re both awesome. Actually, everything Elmore Leonard wrote is awesome.
