TLOU was one of my favorite games, and I managed to avoid hearing anything about TLOU2 (didn’t watch trailers, didn’t read reviews, etc). The only thing I knew about it going in was that there was some trans controversy around it. I ended up absolutely loving the game. Graphics were good, gameplay was good, I was

I’ve decided to just wait until the enhanced for Series X version comes out sometime next year. Initial reviews seem to be it’s a bit buggy (at least the PC version, so guessing the console versions are not much better). And nothing I’ve read screams that I just must absolutely play it on day 1 or I’ll be missing out

They probably weren’t taking into account the utter incompetence, and arguably actively trying to make it as worse as possible that has occurred.

Same. I get to play games maybe 5-10 hours a week. I don’t want to play through once then again. Rather just play the “best” version which is why I kindof want to wait, but don’t want to wait 12 months if it’s not going to come out for year. I can certainly wait until March though.

I don’t have the time to play it now and then play it again after the upgrade. I’d rather just play it once.

Wish we had an actual (tentative) release date for the Series X version of Cyberpunk 2077. I’m undecided whether to just buy it this month or wait for the X version, but it could be 1 months or 12 months away and not sure I want to wait for Christmas ‘21 for it.

I’m intrigued. I’ve only seen Control in passing as my son played through it, and the environment looked a little blah to me (a big old office building where every room looked the same...but of course as I said I only saw a bit here and there in passing and after hearing all the rave reviews, I need to check it out

Anyone know if The Expanse will be released binge-mode or weekly?

Anytime I see something like this (like the group of whites yelling at the little black girl when they first desegregated schools in the south) I wish they’d find these people and follow up with them today to show them their behavior on this video and see what they think of that behavior today. If anyone knows any

Same. It’s become almost like wearing a hat or sunglasses now where forget I even have it on.

I haven’t played any since the original, so I’m tempted to try this one out.

Same except my current is a TCL....

I suspect I already know the answer to this but is the middle button on the controller as bright as the XBox One controller’s? I play in the dark and have to put a piece of tape over it and just curious if they’ve changed it all (or added options to dim it).

The previous owner of my house planted morning glories along the fence in our yard. I’ve spent 3 years (and counting) trying to eradicate them. At first I thought I was making progress but now we seem to be at a stalemate where I don’t think they are spreading, but the number seems to stay the same. I’m about to salt

First, you have to use a controller with it (they sell a cheap ~$10 clip to attach them together so you’re not dealing with crappy controls).

As for why, it’s good for traveling (a lot easier to pack just the controller and clip than packing my entire Xbox in my luggage). Granted you need a decent internet connection,

They support bluetooth controllers, and the PS4 controller happens to be a bluetooth controller. You can use any bluetooth controller.

What I’m saying is I don’t think they had to do anything special to support the PS4 controller.

Meh, I still have an XBOX 360 upstairs in the “play room”. I’ll be moving my XBox One up there once I get my Series X. It’ll be nice to be able to play on the Series X in the living room on the “good” setup with the big 4k TV and surround sound, then be able to pick up where I left off on the XBox One upstairs when

Same but the issue is “high end” is now $1000+. These selections are more mid-tier than budget range.

I’m nearly 48 and there’s a few special-effects scenes that have made me “drop my popcorn” over the years: The Star Destroyer at the beginning of Star Was (yes, saw the original in the theater), the brontosaurus reveal in Jurassic Park, the first bullet-time sequence with Trinity in The Matrix and then ID4 blowing up

Can I assume the light on the controller is still bright AF? I had to put tape over mine in order to play in the dark (can’t stand excessive ambient lights)
