I hate making excuses for Payton Manning, but he said that in answer to a direct question after an extremely solid career and the shade thrown at his team was slight.

Ok...but Deadspin established this after Game 1. If they're just doing this as clickbait then it raises serious concerns about this site's integrity. Especially, when they seek to be some sort of moral arbiter on ethical journalism.
Caravan needs to be in the top three. For the Van leg kicks alone. Dude was ELECTRIC on that stage.
lebron built a winning team? bullshit
You're a young shit who didn't live through the Jordan era. Millions and millions of people saw what Jordan did. 99% of people who have lived through Jordan and Lebron say Jordan is better, and everyone knows why. Quit making bullshit up just because you're a punk pussy who thinks everything about Jordan must be myth…
Look. I get that there's a lot of stupid, unfair criticism of Lebron, Bosh, and the Heat. And I agree that a lot of it is wrong, over-the-top, and pointless. I get that.
Jordan would have fixed the A/C
I'm a straight woman who feels like no one's attracted to me. I "peaked" over ten years ago according to men. At least men don't depreciate like fucking cars. Whyyyy do men think women are never lonely, rejected, ignored?! Is it because the "dime pieces" are literally the only ones on your radars?
these people are sick. on the other hand i'm a straight guy and i can't say i've never felt some of those emotions before. feeling like no one attracted to you and people think you're a creep sucks. and asking someone out sucks too because then they have the power because you're the one who likes them. that's why i…
Uh oh, better prevent authors from figuring out creative ways to encourage more people to read!
Where were you a few years ago when this guy was mired in a housing discrimination scandal that went completely ignored?Way to cheer when it could've mattered in the lives of actual people.
They have reported on it. When thrre are articles every hour with new people and their statements (often identical to statements already reported on) just maybe this story doesn't have the legs to justify complete obsession.
Seriously, since I'm already paying at least $5-7 for a beer that only costs $1.50-2.00, I'll be damned if I'm tipping anything more than $1/beer!
This is a very strange American obsession, most countries have protections in place to ensure people are paid a certain amount to be able to live off.
It's high time we ended the practice of tip-based wages. If restaurants want to pay a commission or a flat living wage or whatever, that can work.
And now here's a view from western Europe:
Waiter - only if it's good and service was excellent, usually something like 2-5%
Rest. Delivery - Only when it is a couple of cents to round it of (i.e. $19,76 —> $20,-)
Rest. Takeout - never
Bartender - only when service has been perfect all night, but pretty much never.
Barista…
I'm going for the inevitable moment when Lebron leaves the Toons for the Monstars
Did Germany even have to invade or did they just take control over the phone?
Tom, on Ryan Leaf:
Oh, and Barry Bonds at his "peak" was a juiced up, lying, arrogant, piece of shit that even his teammates hated with a burning passion. Not sure what that had to do with him being black. Of course, this is Gawker so the sun coming up today probably has something to do someone being black
