That's because it took 3 minutes to form. It's just one of those images.

I made the mistake of getting into it with an anti-vaxxer on Twitter who was convinced it was a personal choice that harmed nobody else.
*SPOILER* You see Oberyn's squire (?) cleaning the spear with something, in the books The Mountain dies a slow painful death from poisoning. *SPOLIER*
When my daughter was born there was a crazy aunt in the family that inundated us with anti-vaccination literature. I was really set back and lulled into empathy by her earnestness and genuine concern.
Remember: You do not get vaccines just for yourself. You get vaccines for those in the community who are most vulnerable.
It's about more than facility upgrades. It's also preparing for the conflicts climate change could bring. No different from the US, about a generation before Pearl Harbor, at least thinking seriously about the future outline of a war with Japan (along with many other countries, of course).
YOU WILL TAKE THESE GUNS AND LIKE IT.
What does the notion of local/domestic/handmade products being in high demand have to do with hipsters?
I don't know about anybody else here, but if I was appointed to the 'Committee on Science, Space, and Technology' I'd think it was my responsibility to actually understand the subject matter.
man, science takes a long time to say "better ingredients and giving a shit makes stuff taste better"
Ah, gotcha. Thanks! That is important and something I had been wondering about. I always saw Dany and Jon Snow getting married and ruling the kingdom together in the end (you know, Ice and Fire, get it?!!!??!), but that would only be a temporary dynasty if they couldn't produce heirs. If Dany couldn't produce an heir…
I just wanted to see a movie — any movie — and Crank looked like it might be a fun action flick. I was surprised by how entertainingly bonkers it was.
Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World is one of my favorite films, second only to Lord of the Rings. It's just so...insanely awesome/awesomely insane.
I deliberately included the word "apparently," because the facts may come out differently in the end. Me? I was born and raised in Detroit. No. Not the "Detroit area." Detroit, the city. Guns are not new to me, including the business end. Not fun. But apparently some police officers need to go back to their…
Do I? Let's see: I have a pretty good job (I'm a game programmer and also I'm a part time professor at a university, which I do pretty much for fun since I love teaching). I'm in a long term relationship with a beautiful girl who I think I'll marry soon, I'm in shape (I go to the Gym and I practice Kendo) and I'm also…
The Johnston Ridge Observatory at Mt Saint Helen's, in Washington State. Literally built to withstand an eruption. Single road access, so easy to defend, and plenty of nearby forest area since things recovered faster than initially expected.
Yeah, and good luck getting in there. Those doors are going into lock-down the second disaster strikes.
I've been having fun with Titanfall on 360, but unfortunately, it falls into the same trap as other multiplayer-focused FPS. After a while, it just becomes repetitive. Without an interesting world to explore or a campaign to push forward, you just fall into a loop of match>kill, parkour, kill>repeat.
