You're quite correct, everyone is allowed to use that racist-ass word. You just have to be willing to accept the consequence of sounding like a racist, which you will if you are not a Black person, and might even if you ARE a Black person.

It always creeps me out how these people write like Son of Sam. It's not enough for them to be creepy, sexist racists, they have to make you imagine some reporter slowly easing the letter out of the envelope with tongs.
