To add: The music become THE assassins creed sound track. For many (as far as I can tell) this song is Assassins Creed like "Space Monks" are to Halo.
The political reality here is very, very grim. One of the captured men, Haruna Yukawa, went to the Middle East, after his life in Japan fell apart.
