Apart from the obvious advantages of credit cards (extended warranties, rewards, rental car insurance, buyer protection, travel/business reimbursement) there is one thing that will keep me loyal to using them over my debit card.

Student loan debt has several advantages over traditional debt. The interest is tax deductible. Income based repayment is often an option. There are some opportunities for loan forgiveness.

That's one way of looking at it, but I would disagree.

I agree with you, but it's worth pointing out that the 35% figure is pretty variable depending on what kind of car you buy. If you tilt towards the low end of the spectrum- for something cheap, safe and reliable-it's a marginal savings.

Jeez. Just do what you can. As long as you make an effort to put yourself in the best possible position, and make the tough choices about managing your income vs. expenses, you'll be better off.

The phenomenon you're describing is called the "two year itch" and is extremely common for most workers.

Yes, haha, this hack is completely unnecessary. Why don't they focus on the things people actually need? Like the best power tools for cracking eggs. Or, a comprehensive list of DIY paperweights.
