My opinion based on my humble medical knowledge, is that low testosterone isn't the cause of obesity, but a symptom of a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet... just like obesity. It's like saying that nausea causes sensitivity to light, when in fact they're both being caused by your migraine.

My point that everyone seemed to miss is that some things are toxic no matter the quantity. Cyanide, for example, will always cause damage, no matter how much you take. It's just a matter of how much damage it causes. Water, on the other hand, does not cause one iota of damage unless you do have too much of it.

Toxins are only in the body when we put them there. The best way to get rid of them is to stop putting them there. Basic logic.

Lol, got a good laugh out of that one. I sure hope you're joking.

Detoxification isn't a myth. Why? We've both just over-generalized.

Wow, you must have had a very light bite. My wife was bitten recently, and couldn't do anything but cry in pain for a few days unless she had basically taken enough meds to make her fall asleep (and she has an impressively high pain tolerance)

Science fail. When you come out of a cool shower into a cooler bedroom, your body temperature will drop just as much, PLUS the amount it dropped while in the shower. Warming yourself up just so you can cool down is like hitting yourself in the head with a hammer because of how good it feels when you stop.

It appears you have already lost it. The only person portraying introvertism negatively is you. Some people want to change, though, and this can help them. Introvertism is a scale, not an on/off trait. Too introverted or too extroverted, and you are socially unacceptable. Many socially acceptable introverts would like

Technically not a waste. Despite what this article claims, the vast majority of the alcohol will remain, and soak into the rice. Alcohol doesn't cook out, despite popular belief, and especially not when cooked in a mostly-sealed container.

If you fry it until it's dry, maybe. The way rice is cooked, the MAJORITY of the alcohol will still be in there. The whole goal of cooking rice is to get it to absorb moisture. It will absorb the alcohol as well. This WILL give you alcoholic rice. Alcohol cooks away BARELY faster than water does.

"Most laptop for the money" and "Macbook" do not belong in the same sentence.

I know a place you'd love! It's a place where people aren't allowed to view online content that is deemed "harmful". Although, airfare to China can't be cheap. Oh well, just get a one-way instead of a round-trip ticket. =)

This!

Not a chance. Well, ok, so the health benefits will be about the same within a certain range (e.g. bench pressing a pen won't help much), but the muscle you get will be vastly different. Exercise for endurance without strength (low weight high reps), and that's what you'll get. Exercise for high strength without

My boss is excellent at creating visibility for his employees. He's told me stories of how, when layoffs come around, they simply skip his team, stating they're too busy to let go. In summary, this WORKS!

Anybody else find this humorously coincidental?

The bad thing about diet soda isn't its calories, it's all the toxic chemicals they use instead of other ingredients, which keeps the calorie count down. In summary, there is no healthy way to drink soda, just like there's no healthy way to smoke tobacco. There are less-damaging ways, but it's never beneficial. I just
