Porn Star Belladonna played FFXI back in the day. Of course, after a little bit of research I see she also played WoW. I love it when the most unlikely people to be nerds are actually huge nerds.

Me. I noted it up there ^.
Is it just me or is this one of the fastest release schedules for a Telltale series? I’m kind of happy to be getting them this quickly, but I’m also kind of like “Already? I just finished the last one”
Well, for starters, we don’t really know how much production work actually went into the game then (given that Square has been public about how they needed to take all those staff for the XIII trilogy).
It wasn’t really in development for 10 years. Development of this current version started around 2013.
Bingo. The College was designed to circumvent exactly this kind of situation.
His argument is totally sound: the electoral college was set up to deny the will of the people if the people vote for a lunatic. It was not set up for the sake of smaller states or some other nonsense I have read. The Founding Fathers(tm) didn’t trust voters. The FFs also didn’t want direct election of u.s. Senators.…
...538 people conspiring together to decide the president is about as un-democratic an electoral process as one could imagine.
Yeah fuck escort missions.
Reading through this, literally everything they changed sounds like an improvement to me. Granted, I haven’t played the other games in the series, but that’s almost entirely because of the things that have now been removed (especially time limits and escort missions, gross). I might actually give this one a try.
“Time limits to get to the next scoop? Completely removed. Rescuing other survivors? A simple process of killing zombie; gone are thrilling escorts and distinct personalities to discover. Limited saves? Undercut by the inclusion of multiple checkpoints.”
I’ve only played the second, but I had the same experience. Between getting the zombrex, running back to get more weapons because the ones I had kept breaking and trying to actually do what I wanted, I never really got the chance to have much fun.
And leveling system also kinda grinded against that.
FACTS. If they had done the first or second one without a time limit, they would have been FAR more enjoyable: difficult, scrambling, but without the same sense of “oh shit, I’m totally boned if I don’t hit this event RIGHT NOW”
I played the original when it came out and gave up for the same reasons. Then I read that the intentional mechanic of the game is for you to power up but fail through multiple playthroughs. Eventually you are powerful enough to handle the stuff with ease.
Time limits to get to the next scoop? Completely removed.
Also naming your twitter “@real” as if you are famous.
Thanks. It’s making their lives sad. “Please reconsider. A child needs their grandparents”. Blah blah blah. I should have done it 10 years ago when the baptised her behind our backs. But I let it slide. Or the first time they dropped the N word in her presence. Those were always extended time outs without me telling…
“I was like a god there, I owned that stadium.”
When the thought, “waiting for the right time to break it to the internet” crosses your mind, it’s a powerful sign that you have made poor life choices.
