@alamode: I love running outside when it's cold and in the snow. But lots of people don't. If you're going to make a go of it, I recommend having a dedicated running fleece and windbreaker, a few pairs of running tights, smartwool running socks, and some type of bandana or neck gaiter that you can put over your nose…

@L-dizzle: If you grow up with some types of Southern accents, you tend to drop the consonants in the middle of words. This makes you sound like an idiot, so you try to pronounce those consonants, but you aren't very good at it, so they come out over-annunciated.

Aw, I used to help out in a first grade class, and one of my kids told me he was going to be a sparkle fairy princess for Halloween. I hope he's still living his dreams, too.
