@REALTALK: I have definitely sent emails exactly like this to my friends. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

@BlueJeans: I feel like it's just proving the point of so many rape apologists who argue that we have to be careful about rape accusations because they ruin reputations. Even though the Duke Lacrosse team was completely innocent of all charges, Jezebel has to bring them up every time they mention lacrosse as a sport.

@traumamama: They live amongst a lot of polygamist families. Not on a compound, but they are definitely part of a community. I doubt they'd want to leave that.

@Buggie: I liked that the 2nd wife was allowed to fully embrace her career and everyone was so supportive. And the first wife is going back to school so she can have a career.

Is that really Bristol's body on the cover of OK!? If it's not a terrible photoshop job, it must be a weird angle to make her head appear roughly 2/3 the size of her torso.

@Dinosaurs and Nachos, girlfriend!: Having done some criminal defense work, I know know how big of a deal it is for the defense attorney to actually think his or her client is innocent. (Especially completely innocent of all acts - as opposed to simply justified.)

@alexburrito: Paris Hilton is an evil genius. She was never set to inherit more than a few million bucks, which is not "live a lavish lifestyle for the rest of your life" kind of money. So she figured out how to make that kind of money by being herself and doing what she likes to do. Her dumb blonde persona is just

@Devika: Same. What is it about QVC's parade of ugly, cheap clothes that is so damn soothing? Their shipping is outrageous, but can be worth it if you want to buy a new beauty product that you're unsure of. Their 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy can't be beat!

@Devika: I found it on the site.

Seriously considering ordering No. 8 right now. Someone stop me!

@Taegre: I have met a couple of sociopaths in my capacity as a public defender. They both made my skin absolutely crawl. One was a rapist and murderer. The other was a tiny little 35 year old woman who was convicted of stalking. She was actually much scarier.

@littlesickle: I'm a native of the 561, but I don't live there now.

@NewsBunny: Well, she wouldn't. Her campaign staff would.

@chiwhatwhat: It is. And it honestly wouldn't be that hard to imply that Senator Boxer is a bitch while talking about an actual issue. These ads are just really lacking effort and creativity!

I don't get it. There are so many legitimate policy points about which one may disagree with Senator Boxer. Why doesn't she make the ads about those?

I might seriously campaign for the most popular non-Palin Republican candidate in the primaries. Obama's popularity is not very high right now, and this is just toooo scary.

@LoveBugBecky: From seeing some other commercials for the show, I recall that he is pretty successful at whatever it is that he does. I think he supports all his wives and children.

@meg9: You heard, "Everything that they want to throw at us, now is covered under autism. That's a mandate." Who know what that means?

@wtfox?!: That must be it, since maternity leave itself has nothing to do with health insurance. Ms. Angle is extremely inarticulate. The statement about autism is mindblowing.

I don't even understand what she was saying well enough to be offended. Great speech!
