yea, i get that it’s not expressly forbidden so the case can be made that it’s legal but despite having a very sympathetic supreme court, i’m still banking on it being improbable because it’d be fascinating to see them shredding their legacy just for one last lick of trump’s nutsack.

it’s not just whatever health benefits are implied by choosing actual food vs candy, it’s that it’s safe to assume that even though dried fruit may not be the “healthiest” snack even the slightest nutritional benefit is far better “no nutritional value + probably bad for you.”

i don’t remember what game it was but i do remember being at gamestop during the late 00's and seeing a promo ad for a game that hadn’t been released yet already announce dlc. the way i (apparently naively) understood the world to work was that dlc was meant to add more stuff to a game that had already been completed…

right? i’d be stoked to realize the next day that i had 10lbs of candy. usually all i have leftover is atm receipts and if i’m real lucky a warm leftover beer that i misplaced before opening.
