Except that you can’t account for the different ways everyone does their dishes. I’m one of those “let the water run” types. It’s a problem, I know. It’s also the reason I run the dishwasher every night :)

I work out at home first thing in the morning, and empty the dishwasher and put things away in between sets. If I’m on a roll, I’ll put together lunch for the kids, too. It feels great to be done with a workout and know that I got these mundane tasks out of the way, too!

Most new-ish dishwashers use less water than we would washing by hand, and even have half-load options that use even less.

I don’t think the judge was allowed to accept the deal as it previously existed, since it failed to meet federal sentencing guidelines. If he does take it to trial and is acquitted, you wouldn’t be able to look back and say she should’ve accepted the nine-year deal, because it wasn’t valid to begin with.
