It was just...not there for me. At one point she made a whole spectacle about telling the audience to reach out their hands so she could 'feel the energy' and then instead of singing the verses, she just kept talk-oversinging the word 'Halo'.

Beyonce always seemed to me to be someone who has been ground thru the star-making machinery so finely, there is no there there.
