I love the humor, the writing and the references, and love to hate everyone but Lolli, which I think is the point on a lot of levels - the characters aren't just unsympathetic, they're radically so on so many levels that I'm satisfied screaming at them to not be such fuckups.

I agree, I think it's one of their strongest. I will always be an Adore apologist. I think Perfect is one of the strongest songs they've ever made and that most of the album is stellar.

My mom has been dead for a decade and I still get crushed inside at the closing scene with Homer sitting on his car, staring at the stars. It's one of the most beautiful, resonant pieces of animation I've ever seen.
