Why is it that "adult" animated shows have the sh**iest animation possible? Venture Bros. is a great animated series that has many adult jokes that doesn't sacrifice story and quality animation to do so. I'm not even really willing to give a show that looks this terrible a chance in the first place…

    Futurama

Reminds me of Malcolm in the Middle

Sherlock Holmes would be just as useful, if not more, than Hawkeye currently is to the movie Avengers.

Clearly you've never seen the brilliant, canonical Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century animated series

The show peaked a while ago IMO - they had a perfect new start with Mike starting a new job as an investment banker but managed to blow that up in less than half a season…

Ah that makes more sense - might be being finnicky but I generally think "well-done" (with the hyphen) means overdone temperature-wise where as "well done" means a job well done.

"As it turns out, though, all the tricks in the world can’t distract from Richard’s well done meat, and so The Dirty Girl wins."

    Colonel Gathers….is that you?

Is Shadow of the Empire still canon?

Actually live-action Gargoyles would be the best of the three as it actually features human characters interacting with the Gargoyles. I'd settle for just new seasons of Ducktales and Tailspin as cartoons - two of the greatest animated shows of all time IMO. Ducktales is definitely 1A on the list though.

I don't really consider the cartoons as part of the MCU as they are aimed primarily towards kids and don't seem to tie-in to the movies at all. It's a shame that they have been slow to get shows around their smaller superheroes - the Netflix shows around the eventual Defenders sounds awesome but the first part of that

Am I the only one who'd rather see a live-action Tailspin than this?

    Aces

Do you have no friends who are older than you?

Laura Prepon? Seems like an odd third…

Personally I'm just a big fan of Captain Haddock so I wasn't picking on you at all.

Not really…they are going to recast all of the returning characters completely - if anything it is more like a spin-off or prequel series than a 2nd season…

Did you yell out "A thousand blisterin' barnacles" as soon as you found out?

    Love Samurai Jack
