Nuclear power, especially newer nuclear reactors is the safest, cleanest, most efficient form of energy production we currently have. It is even safer than solar and wind power, especially if you count per kilowatt hour, but just even just on a sheer number of fatalities per year.

Home values be damned. I don’t want them taking up scarce public park space where we all go to relax and play. Throw them up out of town. This isn’t hard.

For the sake of the planet, we need to phase it out in favor of more sustainable back-ups for intermittent power like battery storage.
