That the best it does is remove him from office. If he is beat in the elections in year, and is removed from office, the same charges can be filed. If impeachment fails he may be re-elected and the chance to prosecute him is gone for another 4 years.

The most a successful impeachment will do is remove Trump from office, that is it.

So they listed all the things they were going to do short of start immediate impeachment hearings, Mueller testifying, subeena the entire un-redacted report and underlying evidence, subeena Trump records and administration people.

They are giving Trump a pass by telling Mueller to come testify and explicitly ask if he made the report a roadmap for impeachment?
