I am not a practicing Catholic. At all. But I was raised Catholic (like really, really, really Catholic) and I still can’t help but be ashamed by this stuff. Like it’s associated with me.
I tried on maybe like ten dresses tops. I kinda wished I would have tried on more just for fun (I only tried on one mermaid because I was convinced that they wouldn’t look good on me with my constantly pregnant looking belly, but they did), but I knew that I was probably going to pick the one that I did when I put it…
I think it’s pretty common - you love it, and then the more time you spend thinking about and seeing it, the more flaws you find/imagine.
