True, though we don’t know if it’s a new witch year a new school year, or a regular New Year. We also don’t know what sort of time span the season will cover, or where in the season that episode takes place. The maypole indicates that at least one scene will take place in May.

I’m just throwing this out here just for conversation, as I cannot recall my source; I had heard this story previously, but in that telling the reason they were topless was to make “first blood” more apparent, rather than have their clothing hide any wounds.

I’m only about five episodes in, but I’ve been enjoying it. By coincidence, the last episode I watched (the dream one) was my least favorite by far. Generally, though, there’s interesting world building, sincere attempts at addressing social issues, and lots of creepy moments.

I love that Eleanor’s bisexuality is pretty much canon at this point! Plus her rant about more guys needing to be bi. Good job show.
