That’s exactly what I thought, that the line was yet another nod to AV Club!!

It said Portrait of Dorian Gray on the marquee, he could have been doing a whole day out of it with Laura too! 

That’s a difficult feat to accomplish with all the Covid restrictions, really kudos to the show for pulling that off! 

He was watching the Portrait of Dorian Gray, very on brand for him, lol. 

I’m so, so happy Cindy is back, she’s amazing! And what a turn of events, from her seeking out to form her own ISA at the beginning of the season to becoming a belligerent ally to JSA.

Seriously, the circus costumes are bound to make people look terrible/terrifying, but nope, Legends looked INCREDIBLE in them.

I thought I really liked this movie but then my friends and I watched it on our chat group together early in the pandemic and now I think my like was solely because of Leopold. Kate’s character and clothes are just so bad to the point that you start wondering what Leopold sees in her - especially given the number of…

The hourglass released some gas when it was on the ground. I have the suspicion that it will lead its power to be permanent? IDK

Also they cast the creepiest most Victorian orphan looking kid ever! Plus that jump scare of Eclipso showing up on Beth’s laptop... I’ll be having nightmares about that.

I forgot to mention another tiny detail I absolutely adored: Artemis spray-painted “ISA” on her backpack! Amazing. 

That was incredible and just as I thought the episode was ending when things happened, more and more came in! That fight choreography was incredible! 

I had my mouth open watching the fight scene where the action jumped from character to character super seamlessly, it was beautiful!! It reminded me of Arrow S2 finale with Oliver and Slade’s fight is undercut between the past and present - and that’s high praise. 

Definitely watch Santa Clarita Diet, she has a whole range of acting skills there and the whole show is hilarious (and deeply missed).
