Agreed. Last season’s highlight for me was Ralph and Sue but there were no outstanding episodes (except the crossover) but this had quite a lot going on and a s1 episode vibe with twists and turns and reveal! Hope they can keep it up...but doubtful.

I loved having Barry as the villain of the episode because he is the villain of the show, let’s be real.
I just love that Clark just goes heart eyes whenever Lois bosses him or the twins around, they set up Clark and Lois so well!
Seconded! Yet when The Flash tries to be lighthearted, it feels very hammy and I am not sure why that’s the case when the cast is so much fun.
There was a EW interview with the EP and he said Tom Cavanagh is definitely sticking around, so let’s see what’ll happen.
I am just grateful they’re keeping Sue. They could very easily have recast Ralph and say he had to change his looks because he and Sue are on the run but I haven’t seen anything showing that’s the route they’re taking.
Thirded.
I don’t care about baseball but I absolutely loved this show and the cancellation is still bitter. We needed more Ginny and also more burly MPG.
I agree that Lois was a bit sidelined in the pilot and my favorite parts of the episode were when Clark and Lois were just together (Tyler and Bitsie have amazing chemistry!) but I am sure they needed to focus a little bit on the twins to set things in motion and she will have equal footing in the upcoming episodes.
My friend who has no idea about Arrowverse (or as I like to call it, Beeboverse) kept seeing ads for Superman and Lois and was confused as to how a 34-year old Tyler Hoechlin could have teens (well technically he could but the ads also show their wedding) and suffice to say, it was a challenge to explain that to her.…
I still watch Charmed even though it’s just full on ridiculous. They also had to cut down production early last season which I assumed was supposed to have at least 2-3 episodes more and then this season started and they wrapped the huge climax in like ...4 minutes? It wasn’t even the middle of the episode. And then…
I was basically hate-watching S1 to keep up with Arrowverse but then immediately in S2 they turned the tide and it became the best thing in the Beeboverse and got into my list of favorite shows of all time.
I absolutely loved this show when I watched it (binging the whole season takes like 2 hours because the episodes are very short) and was upset not to hear anything about it again, let alone a renewal. So happy a new season is coming, first season had ended in a VERY interesting place.
Not this interview but in another interview this week he said his Mando voice is basically is his bedroom voice and now watching The Mandalorian is a completely different experience...
I watched and finished this whole show yesterday and loved it so much that I actually restarted watching it before I went to sleep and plan on rewatching it yet again over the next weeks. I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did but it is basically a warm hug wrapped around my favorite sport.
The sort of the main twist of the movie regarding Uncle Charlie had me slightly laughing while watching this at the movies, but the aesthetics and the dialogue are pretty amazing.
I have the same exact thoughts! I loved all the characters but nothing about the stories really excited me in the first season so I was hoping they would be making some changes in s2 to make it interesting.
I had the same problem but I made myself sit through it. I loved all the characters but pretty much hated all the storylines they had going around.
Pat and Barbara kissed!! Was that actually the first time we saw them with more than a peck?
OH THANK YOU!!! I looked down on my phone for a second and she was going stabby stabby at her dad the next second.
