Oh, it’s definitely a racial slur; it’s literally a slur. But different slurs carry different weight. “Cracker” is up there in its mildness as a slur.

Also, no one will ever convince me that cracker is a racial slur. Like, sorry white people in America have reaped the benefits of Black labor (truly, I am sorry that’s a thing that happened), but cracker is not a slur.

This was done by a white vandal, and most likely one that lived in the very house that was vandalized.
